Our selection of vintage furs is a must-see for your Art Deco wardrobe.
We have a collection of coats, jackets, capes and collars in a variety of styles and furs that will complement your Art Deco outfit.
Each piece is unique - many retain their origional labels - and all have origional linings and hook fastenings showing that they would have been worn in the Art Deco era. Our vintage furs include rabbit, fox and various others. So there are pieces in dark, glossy brown, light brown, silver and shades between.
Some of our vintage fur capes have long fronts to be crossed through a side slit and some have collars and side pockets. Collars may be worn alone or could be attached to a jacket or coat.
There are pieces with fox heads (and legs and tails) and other small creatures are joined to form a collar.
Most are in excellent condition, however we have some that show signs of previous love (wear) and we do have a couple of damaged pieces that could be a 'project' for you or used in teddy bear making.
We have some jackets and coats which are ideal for the cooler Deco Decanted in July, while others may be more suited for the Art Deco events held in Napier in February.
